Instructions

2 Mix dry ingredients Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.
3 Mix wet ingredients next, in another bowl, whisk sugar, oil, eggs, buttermilk, valine, vinegar, and red food coloring until smooth.
4 Combine then ,Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
5 Next, Divide batter between pans and bake for 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
6 Afterthat, Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
7 Make frosting meanwhile, Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar gradually, then vanilla. Mix until creamy.
